Delivery
Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. While we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
If you prefer a later afternoon delivery, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate.
If your delivery address requires a gate code, please provide it to ensure smooth delivery.
Pick-Up
If you need to pick up before 10:00 a.m., please text us directly to place your order. (Text: 714-715-1482)
For pick-ups at opening time, we kindly ask that orders be placed by 4:00 p.m. the day before.
Please also try to pick up your order at the scheduled time. When pick-ups are delayed during busy time slots, it may affect other customers placing orders for the same time. We appreciate your understanding!
Custom & Event Orders
For 1st B-Day Party or Baby Shower flower orders, please text us first with your preferred date, size, quantity, and detailed color/ design requests before placing an order.
For small event or custom flower orders requiring pick-up outside of our regular business hours, please contact us via text in advance to arrange your order.
Please Note
Your arrangement may vary slightly from the photos depending on seasonal availability and store stock. However, we will match the overall color palette and ensure your flowers are fresh and beautifully designed.

Flowers were beautifully done. Text message to let me know it’s arrived was great. Customer service was awesome. But if had to be picky my name was misspelled, not the biggest concern but might be a hint of a minor lack of detail considering it’s on my form.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
